Now living in modern era its easy to indulge in Unhealthy diets and poor rating habits due tolimited food choices. unhealthy food is cheaper than healthy food which most people can eat it such as students, Most youth and teenager spend their time out-of-doors, Offers and advertisements tempted, which attract people to test these food, and the food rather taste good. Which causes more people to buy unhealthy food that is bad for you. Buying higher priced healthy food would do better for you than any fast food place. Fast food causes people to become unhealthy, gain weight, and Fast food has bad consequences but still bought constantly .

The effects of Fast food such as obesity and ills... ( ills such as: Constipation, raises cholesterol levels and heart attacks ). But healthy food prevents you from gaining weight, unhealthy diseases, and keeps you healthy. Eating healthy is not as easy as it seems , or is it? There seems a lot of fast food advertisements everywhere but not so many healthy choices are on their menu, which brings up the second reason. Is it really harder to keep a healthy diet rather the proliferated on a healthy food so readily available in fast-food restaurants, and the popularities of fad diets doesn't give the body the proper nutrition it requires. A small beetle

One day on a very sunny morning, a beetle name Jimmy was flying in a suburban park. The beetle love the flowers that bloom in the city park, until he perch on one of the flowers there. Although the city park is a lot of pollution from public or private vehicle, than factory smoke, and burning garbage in every home. But still jimmy fell silent and settled in one of the flowers in the city park, then in the afternoon before sunset. Suddenly a cloud that was originally bright, turned gray.

Then the rain began to fall slow and event gradually became very heavy, where the jimmy the beetle was feel cold because of the rain. then the lightning came, and the beetle beard was surprises to shock by lightning. Then he quickly left the flower and flew in search of shelter to shelter in a safe place, so as not to rain. But as he flew in a lightning rush came and he was hit by lightning. His wings were crush by the lightning, He was help. She cries in pain, and her breath is unbearable. He can not shout for help, in the end he is not strong enough to breathe Until he breath his last.

And the next day, the mother of the jimmy the beetle look for jimmy. because jimmy from overnight returned home, and her mother always remember that her son was very fond of the flowers that were blooming in the suburban park. Her mother immediate flew toward the city park, and she shouts as she searched for her son. "Jimmy my son, where are you?" he shouted, his mother constantly searching and searching. but did not produce result at all, eventually his mother to rest for a moment.

And he felt thirsty, then he looked for the stuff that held the rain water yesterday. and he find a tin that hold water, he immediate flies and approaches the can. he immediate drank the water contain in the can, jimmy mother began to seek back his son. but he was not aware, his son was lying stiff beside the can covered with leave. until the jimmy asked a bunch of ants in the garden, "excuse me excuse me, may i ask something? do you see a beetle around here, he's a little beetle and has a mole under his eyes." ask the jimmy mother to a bunch of ants. then the ant said, I do not know. but my friend yelled to find something on the edge of the can that were there, pointing to the can that had been jimmy mother to stop drinking water. "oh ... what is it there? can I go there with you?" said jimmy mother on ants. "do not know, well let's go," said one of the clustered ants. then they immediate go to the edge of the can, and jimmy's mother shock. because the body found on the edge of the can is already burned, but he feels weird. . . because he saw a wing not far from the fly-leaf that covered the body. in his heart the jimmy said "like a wing of a little beetle" and he was speechless in shock.

She started to weep. . . "Jimmyyyyy .... my son" and the ants were surprise to see jimmy's mother crying, " he is your son?" ask the ant to the jimmy mother. "yes ... he is my son" replied jimmy mother, "patient yes" said the ant while calming the mother jimmy the little beetle. "yes thank you" said the mother beetle. and the beetle corpse was bury in a bunch of ants at the scene. and finally the beetle mother live alone, because no one else accompanied her other than jimmy.

Move from Afraid of Yourself

Two years ago when I had graduated from high school, I had felt like I was not able to accept my condition. I felt like I was a crazy, afraid to get out of the house. because I feel afraid of myself, when I want to do something to change myself. like a whisper of a voice that does not know where it came from, "do not do it ..., then you will feel the slump again for the second time". then I cried out in fear, and thought not to continue my intention to change myself.

I'm so afraid to interact with everyone, whether it's someone I know or a new person I've never met. Until me out of elementary school , I never dare to uphold my head while walking. I always bow my head, and when other people or teachers are talking to me. I never want to see his eyes, but I understand what he told to me. day after day I passed, I kept locking myself in my room alone. not eating and drinking, torturing myself. till my parents are confuse, restless, and almost crying.

But one day, my mom and dad said to me "do not you be drowned by your scar, because in the after this... takes effect god will never choose his servant which is beautiful or not, do not always think of the world, think how you will in the after this... takes effect. something that is far worse than you, physically disabled and mentally retarded .. be grateful to you now ... "words that I have never forgotten all my life, yes. . . . why am I just thinking about the world? I thought.

When I live in this world will be not long, but I will be eternal and everlasting later in the after this... takes effect. there and on that day I dare to rise from my depression. and I'm never afraid of myself anymore, because "I have my way to more confident with myself". So. . . look for your own way, be able to rise from your downturn guys. . . and remember, life in the world is impermanent. so always remember your god, because we are created by him. nothing else and no, yes. . . to worship him, and always be grateful to him.

Who is Rohingya

Rohingya are ethnic groups, large comprising Muslims, predominantly live in the western Myanmar province of Rakhine. They speak a dialect of Bangali, as oppose to the commonly spoken Burmese language, thought they have been live in south East Asian country and Myanmar considers them as persons who migrated to their land during the Colonial rule.

The problem of Rohingya in western Myanmar province, is racism discrimination ethnic groups and large comprising muslims, Because in Myanmar the majority is Hindu religion and different ethnic with the compare Muslims.

And Hindu people religion in Myanmar doesn't admit Rohingya, but they are have instead make statement ( "Why are they not stateless?" ).

The Rohingya are a stateless, there is no immediate threat to the Rohingyas, however, because our Government has overlooked an inconvenient fact before Mr Rijiju made his statement: we have no place to deport the Rohingyas to. They all hail from Rakhine province in Myanmar, where their ancestors settled under British rule some 150 years ago, but Myanmar refuses to recognize them among the 135 ethnic groups listed under its 1982 citizenship Act, considering them foreigners.

Yangon therefore has no obligation to take back people it considers foreigners, whose presence in their country they, however outrageously, believe illegal. (Indeed, in Myanmar, the very word Rohinya is taboo: they can only be called “Bengali Muslims”, in other words illegal migrants from Bangladesh.)

This, understandably, bothers the United Nations, which has politely pointed out that the principle of non renouncement –under which no Member State of the UN will forcibly return a refugee to a country where he or she fears persecution – is binding on all states as a principle of customary international law, whether they have signed the UN's Refugee Convention or not. The Supreme Court is now hearing a case that argues that it is illegal for the government to deport the Rohingyas.

Legalities aside, there is also a simple moral case here. Our so-called Hindu nationalists are, as usual, forgetting the values on which the Hindu faith is base, one cardinal principle of which a ‘atithi devo bhava’, the guest is like God.

It is adherence to such values that has given India its standing in the world; if we flout international humanitarian law and practice, at a time when Western countries are admitting Syrian refugees despite similar fears of Islam and terrorism, our country will fall in the esteem of the world, and more important, in our own eyes.

Refugees bring a great deal to their host countries. Einstein was a refugee. Tom Stoppard was a refugee. In our own country, Milkha Singh was a refugee. They fled their homelands for their lives, and found a welcome in a new home, to which they brought lustre through their own achievements.

There are only 40,000 Rohingya refugees in India. A country of 1.2 billion people can easily welcome them in our midst. Let us stop allowing the ruling party’s bigotry to undermine more than two millennia of Indian tradition. Let us be humane to the Rohingyas – and in that way, let us be true to ourselves.
